How does it work?

I service the Ashland, KY and Huntington, WV surrounding area:
I am able to provide this service in person. If you live within a 25 mile radius from the center of Ashland, KY, there are no time and travel fees. If you live outside of a 25 mile radius from the center of Ashland,KY, there are time and travel fees of .50c a mile to and from the location.

Cost and is there a minimum time-frame?
There is a 2-hour minimum at a cost of $250. Each additional hour is $85.

How many guests can receive readings in 2 hours?
Party readings are usually about 15 minutes each, so in 2 hours there will be a minimum of 8 readings and a maximum of 10. If you plan on having more guests you’ll need to book additional hours.

What do you need to provide for an indoor set-up?
Reading requires space for a 2’x4’ table and 2 chairs, in as quiet an area as possible. I provide my own table and chairs.

What do you need to provide for an outdoor set-up?
For outdoor readings, a space of 10’x10’ feet is required. I will provide a covered tent, table, and chairs. Due to the set up and break down of the tent, table, and chairs, there’s an additional fee of $50 for outdoor events. If a tent or covered space is provided, the fee is waived.

Does Moon & Mage require a deposit and is it refundable?
A 30% deposit of $75 is required to hold your reservation. It is non-refundable.

How do you pay the balance and when is it due?
The balance is due on the day of the party in cash, card, or tap pay. No Checks.

Should you or your guests tip the reader?
I do not accept tips. I want my clients to know exactly how much they are paying with no surprise or hidden fees. However a testimonial or review will be greatly appreciated in lieu of a tip as this is what brings in more business!

Is there an age limit?
I only read for those who are 18 or over, no exceptions due to legal liability.
