Shipping and Returns
We currently offer free shipping on orders $65 or over.
Why don't you offer free shipping on smaller orders?
Free shipping is never "free". Most companies (I'm looking at you Amazon Prime) figure part or the entire cost of the shipping into the price of their products so it seems "free". Most small businesses can't afford to eat the cost of shipping any longer and keep their prices the same. For example, if we were to offer "free shipping" and still be profitable, we'd have to raise the prices to cover the cost of shipping. We'd rather be transparent with our pricing and shipping costs so you know exactly what you're paying for. Occasionally we do offer shipping deals.
What if my order is damaged or broken during shipping?
We offer shipping protection through our shipping service. This allows us to keep our shipping costs reasonable and allows you peace of mind knowing your shipment will be insured due to damage during shipping or if your package gets lost or stolen. We will file the claim for you and replace your items. If you’re package is lost, stolen, or goes missing, contact us at hello@moonandmage.co
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase once I receive it?
We want you to love your products. As long as your items are unused, unlit, or undamaged, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. We will pay for the replacement shipping. See above if your order was damaged during shipping. Please see our full return policy here. We don’t offer exchanges on products at this time.
Collaborations
Do you collaborate with influencers?
We love to work with influencers! Here’s our policy:
Purchase the products that you’d like to feature then reach out to us via email with your purchase order number. We will send you a personal coupon code for your followers to use for 15% off their purchases. If 10 people use your personal code to make a purchase, we will refund your purchase in full.
We don’t give out products for free to those inquiring. Period.
Sometimes we will reach out to influencers that we’d like to work with. In these cases, we will provide certain products with posting requirements featuring our products. However, we don’t do this very often.
Why don’t you provide products for free for influencers?
We love that people love our products and want to share them. However, we are a small business. As much as we love what we do, we aren’t getting rich doing this despite what some may think. We have business bills and personal bills to pay. We need to eat too! Exposure doesn’t pay the bills. People can die of exposure!
We know for a fact that you’d never want to work for free. Why should we?
Please respect small businesses and pay for the products you want to feature.

We believe that everyone deserves to live in a world where they are loved and accepted no matter what their gender identity and/or sexual orientation happens to be.
